Criminal Defense

State v. Ricky Pipkin, Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals (Motion to suppress granted and charges dismissed on two different felony cases instigated by a defective search warrant).
State v. Gary Russell, Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals (Case dismissed on violation of bad check law).
