Charles H. Barnett, III is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. Charles H. Barnett, III and Catherine B. Clayton are listed as Rule 31 Mediators by the Tennessee Supreme Court. Daniel J. Taylor has been qualified by the Tennessee Supreme Court to handle death penalty cases as Lead Counsel and he is certified as a Criminal Trial Specialist by the Tennessee Commision on Continuing Legal Education.
