Email Vincent K. Seiler
Vincent K. Seiler is a native of Corinth, Mississippi. He came to the Firm in 1999 and concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy creditor representation, commercial transactions, business acquisitions  and estates. He also practices in the fields of employment law, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Seiler graduated from the University of Mississippi (cum laude ) with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree. He was inducted into the Phi Beta Sigma Business Honor Society and interned with the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Mississippi, working with Social Security disability appeals and other areas of federal administrative law. Mr. Seiler entered the College of Law at the University of Mississippi where he was a James O. Eastland Scholar and graduated (cum laude ) with a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree.

Mr. Seiler was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Tennessee in
1999 and practices in all lower trial and appellate courts, as well as the
United States District Courts for the Western District of Tennessee and the Middle District of Tennessee.

Vincent is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association.
